Go on Peter's Diet!

Peter just informed me that he's lost 5 pounds over the past few weeks.

What's his secret? Well, here is a hint. You too can lose 5 pounds and be like Peter!


Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!


Salad is good to eat! Here we have a field greens salad with onion and blue cheese. There is a light mustard vinaigrette.


A balanced diet is important to a healthy lifestyle....and what balanced diet doesn't include sauerkraut?! Here it is pictured with juniper berries.


Chicken is still okay! LOTS OF CHICKEN!


Think about switching to a sugar substitute. Peter loves Equal so much he has artwork of it! (I happen to enjoy Equal too!)


This is a French concoction. You hardly ever see fat French people, even though they've given us things like French fries, French toast, and Chocolate Mousse!


If you're going to eat dessert, do it wisely. Here is a cake made of fruit and flowers. I'm not kidding. This cake contains lemon curd (homemade curd by Peter!) and the whipped topping contains lavender--from the South End Fromagerie of course!


Lastly, go easy on the alcohol. If you're going to drink Cristal, only have a few glasses....

Starting today, Peter weighs 125 pounds. His plan is lose 26 more pounds for a goal weight of 99 pounds. Good luck Peter! We'll be checking in with you soon!
